James J. Lola

A seasoned professional with over two decades of success in the real estate industry, James was instrumental in bringing many owners, residential tenants, and commercial tenants to Smith Street, Boerum Hill and surrounding neighborhoods in the 1980’s and 1990’s. James followed this with years of service in the commercial real estate market in Manhattan, matching numerous landlords and tenants with ideal office, industrial, loft and retail spaces. After taking some time out to work at the NYC Dept. of Education, helping families with special needs children improve their situations, James has since returned to this office to continue helping his customers and clients with their real estate needs.

James Lola knows how to craft and close deals that are good for all parties. James’ favorite pastimes include cooking up a storm in his kitchen or on the grill, spending quality time with his family both at home and travelling, attending as many NY Yankees games as possible, and helping our community and our local youth as a Scoutmaster with the Greater NY Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
